Booking Details

The prices quoted are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of tax and service charges.
Additional guests are charged at 200 Baht per person per night for breakfast.
Additional children under 12 are charged at 100 Baht for breakfast.
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay.
Check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
Use of safe box on reception.
Internet & Wi-Fi are available in the restaurant, bar and reception areas.
No extra beds are allowed in the Standard Room and Private Cottage.
One extra bed per villa is allowed in other room categories except for the Family House which can hold two extra beds.

Minimum Stay and Restrictions

The Minimum Stay is 3 days on the Full Moon period.
The minimum stay at Christmas is 5 nights and New Year is 7 nights.
Compulsory Buffet Dinner: December 30th –500 Baht per person, Children under 12 years 50% discount.

Full Moon Week Definition

Full Moon Week is defined as full moon party night plus the three days either side of full moon night.

Child Policy

Children under 12 sharing bed with parents only need to pay for breakfast at 100 Baht per night.

Transportation

Free transfer service from Thongsala pier to the resort for bookings of 3 nights or more. Otherwise 150 Baht per person.
Transfer to Thongsala Pier 150 Baht per person.
Full Moon Party transfer (one way) is 200 Baht per person (group) and 3-400 Baht per person (private).

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Cancellation notice required of 48 hours notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2.above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
4. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.

Early Check-Out Policy

Guests will be charged at 100% of the remaining night(s) for each room reserved for early check out.
